My background includes Corporate HR Management and Consulting roles focusing on the corporate environment across a variety of industry sectors and as a Career Transition specialist. I have coached many people in different management, professional and executive roles, which enables me to apply my broad knowledge and understanding of employers’ needs to my coaching practice.
My qualifications include a Degree in Career Development from Edith Cowan University, Executive Coaching Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, accreditation in delivering the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (EIR), and as a lifelong learner, many professional development courses.
I’m a Committee Member of the NSW Division of the Career Development Association of Australia, and a former NSW Division President; a Professional Member of the Association for Coaching; a Member of the Australian Institute of Management, and an Alumnus of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, Australia.
